Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. (unless from international)
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Include the original packaging
- Include any accessories, manuals, or free gifts that came with the product
Non-returnable items, unless defective or damaged:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final-sale items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 4 days
- Shipping fees are not refundable
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit account again, then contact your payment provider. If you still have issues, reach out to us at [email protected]
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/color (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 business days of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once the order has shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process.
